"The room was well maintained and excetionaly clean. Parking was good and the wi-fi reliable. The staff did not know the wrd no, everything was yes and attended to. The staff should be commended, they are an example of the service of the past that is seldom seen today. I can not say enough about them. ..."

"Safe in the room did not work. Soda machine on the 11th floor did not work. 1 elevator was out. New lobby and restaurants looked good.
