"It's difficult to navigate the narrow streets of Montalcino with a car, but the village is well worth it. The hotel is small and the staff very friendly. "The apartment was dark and outdated. The sofabed felt dirty on the outside. Outside there were plastic furniture to use, also dirty. The pool felt in need of renovation. The staff were friendly and if you are not that picky of the standard it felt homey. We ended up renting another place for a few ..."
