The property was ok, but nothing around is great. It’s unsafe location. Tiny lobby, staffs are terrible 😞 except the guy helped us checking in. But the two ladies were there, when we checked out, they were chatting & on the phone and we waited there to check out. Rooms are so small

I am so tired of being over charged for taxi services. I know how much my mexican friends pay. It's absolutely disgusting how much we get over charged because we're white. The room was not what I booked online either.

I like to have a hotel phone in my room. I needed a wake up call and the man at the desk said he would come and knock on my door. The man at the desk when I left ...just after 5 AM was not the same man and I wonder if he passed my message re a wake up call to his replacement.

Small room compared the rooms we had here in the past. No extras in the room...refrigerator, ice bucket. Bathroom sink counter wasn't cleaned well. At front desk...no hot water and no ice.

Faltó algo de limpieza en el baño. La ducha no tenía las puertas de vidrio y salpica toda el agua al exterior. El elevador lleva mucho tiempo dañado y no dan razón de cuando estará arreglado, si te hospedan en el cuarto piso, debes subir las maletas por las escaleras.

I was unable to book the free shuttle service despite trying about 20 times over a four day period. The taxi from there airport was ridiculously expensive. $60US making the stay more expensive.

Clean, cheap hotel close to the airport in an industrial area. Hotel is fine, it is Expedia that you have to watch out for. I got sick on our last trip and Expedia wouldn't stand by me even though I notified the property within the time for a refund.

Rien à voir avec les photos
Comme d’habitude, on a eu la chambre la plus éloignée, conséquence le wifi était médiocre. Pas d eau chaude dans la douche, après 11h de vol, cela réveille. La chambre ne ressemblait en rien aux photos du site, l hôtel est vétuste. Le petit déjeuner est médiocre. Bref ce n est pas un 3 étoiles. Pour une nuit c est tout juste acceptable. Quand au parking, attention c est compliqué pour y rentrer et pour en sortir avec peu de places.

Comfort Inn-Cancun.
We stayed because it was closest to airport. Plane late so missed the last shuttle. Complained about $40.00 taxi ride so they lowered it to $30.00. Still to much but free shuttle in the owning to airport so made up for it. The Internet was not good. Breakfast great and people very friendly. Easy Check in.

Établissement un peu vétuste, mais propre. Petit déjeuner copieux et bon. Près de l’aéroport avec navette gratuite et facile d’accès grâce à une très bonne communication de l’établissement via WhatsApp. Si je reviens à Cancun, je reviendrai au Comfort Inn.

We arrived early for check in. They did not have a secure area to store our luggage. We put our luggage in a room next to the business center that was open for anyone to go in and out of. The free airport shuttle is non existent because the driver doesn’t start working until midday. There was no mention of free Wi-Fi and nothing in the room related to passwords. The walls are thin and there is a lot of noise from people outside in the hallway. The room is non smoking but clearly the room was a smoking room with a strong cigarette smell that made my eyes water. The safety handle in the shower was broken off and never replaced. Don’t stay here if you’re trying to save a few bucks.

Read fine print about the airport shuttle.
I booked the hotel because it said it had airport shuttle included But I was unable to use it either way. I arrived at 9:30 , shuttle stopped at 9. Needed to leave the hotel at 6, so No breakfast and no shuttle, which only started at 7. There were absolutely no plugs or way to switch off the lights from the bed. I’m surprised it was rated as high as it was by others.
