“Absolutely a beautiful place to stay with a large group. This enormous facility comes with huge bedrooms and a well-equipped kitchen. It is so nice to sleep in rooms that feel sound proof. Having a washer and dryer was very helpful, especially at the end of our long trip through Europe.”

“Rural setting, lots of sheep, beautiful scenery, 25 min walk to Grasmere, 12km return trip walk to Ambleside. Perfect for relaxing short break in Lake District.”

“The home was perfect for what we were looking for, which was just a home base to relax in and visit with family in the area. It has easy access to the rail station, grocery store, and downtown shopping and dining. The kitchen supplies were basic, but enough to put together some simple meals after a trip to the grocery store. The beds were very comfortable. There is a bit of traffic noise, but that’s really only because we were there in August and needed to open windows. We would stay again...
