Familjklara kvarter från Tamarack Beach

Nyligen ombyggd modern historia med en hickorygolv och naturligt ljus. Tre kvarter till Tamarack Beach, ta strandpromenaden eller den upplysta järnvägsspåret för en kort promenad / cykel till de många erbjudandena i Carlsbad Village. Stort öppet kök med fyra säten frukost bar och gott om utrymme. Massivt gårdsbord har 10 platser för semestermiddagar eller familjefrukost. Sovrummet har en king size-säng, bifogat badrum och stor garderob med inbyggd förvaring för att dölja resväskor och känna dig som hemma. Ytterligare två sovrum har kung- och drottningssängar med ett gemensamt hallbad. Huvudytan har en strömmande 4k-TV och trådlös ljudbar. Separat hölje har en öppen spis, bekväm sektion och 55 "strömmande tv. Inhägnad trädgård har täckt uteplats, grill och uppvärmd utomhus surfdusch för att ta hand om strandsanden. Shed har strandvagn, strandleksaker, boogiebrädor, stolar och paraply. Utomhusspel inkluderar Bocce, ladderball och cornhole-uppsättningar. Enkel motorväg åtkomst, 1 timme till Disney, minuter till LEGOLAND. Cirkulär uppfart med parkering för 4. Internet med hög hastighet och WiFi. Tvättmaskin och torktumlare med stor kapacitet.

This house was awesome. It was very clean and comfortable. Plenty of room, with an awesome backyard. It was only a short walk to the beach, and the provided beach chairs were very appreciated. Very close to the main Carlsbad area. Level 2 EV charger was a bonus. Highly recommend!

Absolute gem rental! Has everything you need for a family trip to Carlsbad, and specifically, the beach. Lots of space to spread out, relaxing backyard, yard games, puzzles and card games for the whole family, great location and very clean. I saw a few reviews mention train noise, but honestly it didn’t seem very loud and didn’t wake up either of the kids or adults.It’s easy to see how cherished the property is. The furniture is very nice as well. We hope to book this again. The only thing I will note for future families— the bedroom curtains are not blackout curtains, so it was hard to get the baby to nap and the 6 year to sleep late the first morning. Easy fix for us—we bought black garbage bags and painters tape and blacked out the windows ourselves. Something we usually remember to pack, but of course this time it slipped our minds. 10/10 would rent again!

Stay over the 4th of July

The property was just as advertised. Great house in a nice neighborhood with close access to the beach and downtown Carlsbad as well as good restaurants all within walking distance. Easy access to/from Interstate 5. Bedrooms were good size and owner had all the extras one might need on vacation. Truly has everything you need to have a good vacation with family or friends.

Spacious and comfortable house

Our family thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this beautiful home. There was a huge dining room table , a upgraded kitchen and comfy bedrooms. The backyard was perfect, shaded, lots of seating and plenty of beach supplies. It's a short straight walk to the beach and a lovely trail walk to the village for dining out.

Fantastic Rental

We’ve stayed at this gem of a rental many times and are always excited to return. House is stocked with all your needs for cooking and beach. We love the spacious backyard and being only a few blocks from the beach. Patrick is an amazing host with quick responses to all our questions. Love staying here

This was our third stay in this rental and the location is perfect for our family. The floor plan works great for us, as the baby can sleep in the pack n play in the family room. We had a little snafu with the entry lock keypad at first but Patrick was super responsive & quick to come help us out. Thank you, Patrick!

We had a wonderfully stay in Carlsbad at this beautiful home! I was worried about the train and traffic noise but it didn’t bother us at all. We loved walking to the beach and into Carlsbad Village every day. Perfect location, beautiful and clean home, great host.

Perfect Carlsbad stay

This is our 4th time renting this home and as always it was a fantastic stay. The open floor plan and the beautiful outdoor space make it perfect for our family. We truly enjoy lounging in the backyard and taking leisurely strolls down to Carlsbad village. The easy walk to the beach is also a big plus! It’s wonderful to have access to beach essentials, like sand toys, towels, chairs, and the wagon. It makes our beach days so much easier and more enjoyable. The home is always clean and communicate with the host is excellent. We are already looking forward to our next visit!

Great place for a Family!

Great location, lots of room. The avocado tree in front needs to be trimmed for vehicle parking. A heads up on the train would help those with younger children. Overall we had a great time.

Wonderful home in a great location

The house was perfect for a family get together. The kitchen was very well equipped and there was plenty of places for small groups to gather and visit. It is an easy, short walk to a beautiful beach and close to Carlsbad Village for shopping and restaurants. Our hosts were very helpful. We would definitely recommend this home!

Perfect house near beach

The property was just as listed and the kitchen felt like cooking at home. We were fortunate enough to pick a few ripe tomatoes (host permitted) and they were amazing. All the beach supplies and wagon were handy for the quick walk down to the ocean. We hope to return soon.

Perfect for Families

This was our second time staying here and it was just as great as the first stay a year ago. The house is walking distance to Carlsbad Village and the beach, and the backyard was great for our two kids to play in. The kitchen is well-stocked and the large dining table is perfect for families. Would love to stay a third time!

Tamarack Family Vacation Home

This is our second year staying at Patrick’s great vacation rental. It was the only rental we considered after our delightful stay last summer. The location is great: walking distance to the beach, Vons and Starbucks, and the Village. It is roomy, very clean, and wonderfully out-fitted. We had three generations of family plus day visitors who joined us at the beach and then for dinner. Plenty of room, especially with the new patio table and chairs. Bedrooms are roomy and comfortable and our two teenage granddaughters enjoyed sharing the roomy den. The outdoor shower was put to good use, as was the generous hanging area for beach towels. Patrick was responsive and helpful when we had questions about watching the Olympics on the nights we were there. We hope to return next summer!
