With new luxury vinyl flooring, 1 King bed and an air mattress available, it can sleep up to 4 guests comfortably. Fully stocked kitchen, private bathroom and shared balcony with privacy shades just just steps away from the sand! Towels, beach chairs, and umbrellas included! Great for couples or small families! Close to Legoland, the train station, Flower Fields, Encinitas and much more! It's a perfect place to call home while you explore Southern California or simply relax on the beach....

PLEASE NOTE: there is NO ELEVATOR to access and STAIRS ARE REQUIRED to get to this unit.

Unbeatable location
Great location right on the beach with beautiful sunsets! Nice to be able to walk to so many restaurants and shops in Carlsbad Village. Comfortable bed with extra pillows and blankets. So nice to hear the ocean lull you to sleep. Shower was excellent and nice to have two sinks in bathroom. I knocked one star off on cleanliness for living room valences that were quite soiled but otherwise unit was clean. Easy check-in...so great to have a code to enter and not have to deal with keys. Overall, a great stay!
