Welcome to Hacienda Arcos Lower Residence! This fabulous high-end coastal property features a Spanish-style home walking distance to the famous Terramar Surfing Beach in Carlsbad. The entire home is two separate units, this page is to rent the downstairs unit. All bedrooms and the living area is on the first floor. The upstairs unit is a seperate minimum 30-day rental. Both units can be rented together for 30 days or greater (for a combination of five bedrooms).

The area is best accessed by private car, but ridesharing services are active in the area if you'd prefer to come without a car. This property is professionally managed by Haustay Vacation Rentals. Quiet hours outdoors are 10PM to 10AM. No parties are allowed. No pets allowed.
