“We had a very enjoyable Christmas at Pleasant Vale. The house had everything we needed. The beds were comfortable, the house was nice and warm and the kitchen had everything I needed to prepare Christmas dinner for the five of us. View from the large picture window was lovely and we enjoyed watching the horses in the adjoining fields .”

“Fabulous stay is this beautiful spacious house. Went with friends and family for my 60th birthday celebrations. Didn’t leave the house all weekend because it had everything we needed including a fab hot tub. The host is amazing and so his her lovely black lab Bear. Will definitely go back.”

“Very convenient location for easy travel. Property well described but it is tucked in beside a disused club house. Car parking a bit hit and miss but wasn't a problem. Inside was clean but this was a bit tarnished by a very smelly cigarette bin right beside the front door and the smell permeated the whole house. Beds were good, facilities were good.”

“Loved the house - it used to belong to my great aunt. It is very roomy, was cosy and comfortable. Some minor suggestions… Maybe some instructions for the induction hob and take away pans that don’t work on them . Also microwave instructions would have helped. The stair carpet had some hidden sharp tacks .. my sister caught her heel on one. Wi-if wasn’t working when we arrived on Saturday.
