One HUGE bedroom with a king-sized bed features a barn door that opens to the living area and connects to a full bathroom. The unit also includes a full-sized washer and dryer and a fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, stove, and refrigerator. The large, spacious dining and living area overlooks the marina, ocean, and boardwalk — a terrific trifecta! Watch the fireworks every Thursday night from the FRONT SEAT of your private balcony.

Guests have full access to the entire unit, elevator access, and one parking space. Additional paid parking is available just steps away.

We live close by but don’t plan to see you unless you need us :)

Fat Pelicans & Britts Donuts (local Carolina Beach icons), Tony Silvagni's Surf School, paddleboarding, and recreational rentals/umbrellas are all nearby. Enjoy dining at Malama Cafe, Fork & Cork, Havanas, Nikkis Sushi, El Cazador Mexican, Kates Pancakes, Lake Park Steak House, The Deckhouse, Crush & Grind coffee/wine bar, Hurricane Alley’s, The Pitt, Carolina Smokehouse, Stoked at the Marina — endless options on the island!

Parking is located in the parking garage under the building. Rent bikes or golf carts, or drive within 10 minutes or less to Historic Fort Fisher or the NC Aquarium. Downtown Wilmington is about 15–25 minutes away depending on traffic.

Pets are acceptable with a one-time pet fee of $75. The area around this unit can get busy during summer months due to the amusement park across the street and restaurants below.

Please download the booking platform app on your phone BEFORE leaving for your trip so you can access all check-in instructions, access codes, WiFi information, your house manual, and guidebook.

Please treat our place like it is your own.

House Guidelines:
• Park in the designated spot
• Leave shoes at the door to reduce sand in the unit
• No towels or clothing over balconies (outside furniture is okay)
• Please do not feed birds off the balcony
• Follow check-in and check-out procedures closely
• Do not adjust the thermostat more than 1–2 degrees at a time
• Do not wash off makeup using towels or washcloths (please use disposable wipes)
• Do NOT place extremely sandy clothing or towels in the washer or dryer
• Children or pets are NOT allowed on the balcony without adult supervision at ALL TIMES
