The bedroom is equipped with a Sweetnight, premium hybrid mattress, luxury linens, desk with printer & desk chair, Smart TV, and double glass door leading to large, furnished, private deck with killer ocean views.

Bathroom ensuite with jetted jacuzzi tub and rain shower, & double vanity. Just renovated. Bedroom is equipped with Sweetnight premium hybrid mattress with luxury linens and plenty of pillows. Smart TV with multiple streaming apps. Sliding glass door leading to private, furnished decks with canal views.
Third Floor:
Luxury, large, fully-renovated kitchen equipped with every amenity guests could need to prepare gourmet meals or quick meals in between activities. Two pantries with half bath next door. Brand new appliances & FULL COFFEE BAR offering free specialty coffee, traditional drip coffee, bean grinder, milk frother, k-cups, French press, electric kettle & free tea.
Dining Room:
Plenty of seating between large dining table seating 8 with 8 additional bar seats. Large glass windows with beautiful canal views. Just outside dining room is a large covered deck with 6-seater bar top table and two patio chairs with ottomans.
Living Room:
Professionally designed, modern coastal, open concept living room with vaulted ceilings. Living room features a full-size shuffle board, extra large reclining sectional, large chairs offering plenty of seating for family or friends activities. Shiplap fireplace with 65â Smart TV and modern, linear fireplace (can be turned on without heat for ambience or with heater for cooler winter months). Full wall of windows and glass doors with wide ocean views. Just outside the living room is a large deck with seating for 7 around a propane, blue glass rock fire-pit.
Carport:
Plenty of parking, large outdoor shower, and storage closet with access to 4 beach chairs, cornhole boards/bags.
Backyard:
Guests will have access to the entire townhome and private backyard, pool and hot tub. Pool can be heated for an extra fee for $50 per day, which covers the cost of the propane to keep the water temperature warm. Please message us if you would like to add this feature on.

We know how importance response time is to our guests so we ALWAYS have three eyes on the app so we can handle any needs as fast as possible. The guest guidebook also includes each's host cell phone number as well.
1. Up to 2 dogs allowed for pre-paid pet fee of $150. A third dog can be added for an additional $150
2. Checkout instructions must be followed or fee may apply to cover additional fees from cleaners. Checkout instructions are in guidebook.
3. White bath towels should only be used on body and not used to clean stains, makeup or taken to the beach. Damaged towel replacements may have fee applied.
4. All white linens with stains may be charged a fee if cleaners cannot remove stains. We charge replacement cost only and not extra labor trying to save the linens.
5. Dogs must be house-trained and crated while left unattended. Damage or urine stays could be charged a fee to repair or replace.
