The stay was very disappointing. During our entire visit, the room was never cleaned, which made the experience feel neglected and unprofessional. The pillow was so flat and uncomfortable that it felt like sleeping directly on the mattress. On top of that, the bathroom door would not close properly, leaving very little privacy. Overall, the hotel did not meet even basic comfort and maintenance standards, and I would not recommend staying here.
