This is an incredible lake front house (UPPER LEVEL ONLY) that sleeps 10. The views are breathtaking! The indoor and outdoor amenities are top notch. HUGE covered porch, grilling area, beach area fire pit, volleyball pit, and dock. We have a basketball court, pool (Seasonal), playground set, horseshoe, trampoline, outdoor kitchen, large Hot Tub, kayaks, canoe, and beach chairs galore.. all included! You will NEVER get bored!

Great for vacations, family reunions, fishing or retreats. 3 Bedrooms, 3 baths, 1 kitchen, 1 laundry room.

Living Room: Sleeps 2: 1 sofa bed, access to hall/guest full bathroom with a shower.

Bedroom #1: Master Bedroom en suite sleeps 2: King bed, private full bathroom with a shower/tub combo.

Bedroom #2: Double Queen Master sleeps 4: 2 queen beds. Access to hall/guest full bathroom with a shower.

Bedroom #3: King/Double Twin Master sleeps 2: This room can either be set up as 1 King bed or 2 twin beds. Must be requested at least 7 days prior to arrival or it’ll be set up as 2 twin beds by default. Access to hall/guest full bathroom with a shower.

Have boats or watercraft of your own? Bring them! There is a boat ramp two coves over. Play beach volleyball, corn hole, Beersbie, ladder ball, swim in the pool, or just play in the lake. Great fishing as well in season! Eat s'mores by the campfire at the beach and watch AMAZING sunsets! Plenty of room to stretch out! SO much to do!

Close to Pirate's Bay (water park), DeSoto Falls, Cherokee Rock Village, Little River Canyon, Orbitz Glassblowing, snow skiing, horseback riding, endless trails, rappelling, caving and ziplining. We are in the ABC triangle meaning we are an hour & a half from the Atlanta, Birmingham, & Chattanooga Airports.

Breathtaking views of the lake and lawn and you can even see how the sunset pours colors into the house at "golden hour". We also have LOTS of stars, it just gets better & better!

**Pool is open from Memorial day to Labor day.

**The cove is shallow (about like the shallow end of a pool) which is great for younger guests and water volley ball etc. For deeper waters, simply swim or paddle out to the middle of the cove where it goes from 6-12 feet deep and beyond.

**The lake level does go down a few feet in late fall through early spring and may affect boat launch, dock usage, watersports or lake views.
