Hotell nära Cenote Manatí

“Lugnt och avslappnat - magisk plats - utsökt mat - trevlig personal - genomgående högsta betyg”

“Very nice place, really calm and beautiful place.”

“Was pleasantly surprised by this hotel. Quiet, serene, definitely a vibe worth experiencing. The staff is overly friendly and helpful. If I only had to have one complaint is that while not healthy, the TV doesn't really work because of the poor Wi-Fi. Mostly just for feedback purposes but most people don't want a TV on this type of vacation.”

“Disappointing Experience – Left 3 Days Early We had to leave this hotel 3 days in advance due to several issues that made our stay uncomfortable and unsettling. The most serious problem was that one of the staff members made inappropriate sexual comments to the female member of our group. This made her feel unsafe and afraid to go around the property alone or even enjoy the sunbathing areas. This experience was extremely disturbing and a major factor in our decision to leave...

“Läget vid stranden är väldigt bra. Ligger en bit utanför Tulum. Lugnt och stilla. Kvaliteten på boendet var undermålig. Slitet. Trasiga lakan. Trasiga handdukar. ”

“The hotel does NOT have 2 restaurants and a bar/lounge. After 17.00 when the Cenote park closes there is no food or drinks available anywhere near, and the cafe next to the hotel opens at 10.00 so breakfast was not an option. The park was a 3 hour event so would recommend others to go by car/taxi/collectivo and stay at a hotel somewhere else. ”

“the ocean was visible from our room, however the beach was covered in sea weed wich i understand is normal but nothing was done to clean the beach. we enjoyed our pool very much !! the water in the pool became visible dirty after a few days , the same thing happened to the main pool and nothing was being done about it. i think housekeeping needs to step it up.”

“Another great stay at Teetotum, always enjoyable ”

“The house and cenote is beautiful.”

“We spent three nights at Pepem and we absolutely loved it. Our room was in the « jungle » and we had a beautiful swimming pool. You could wake up to the sounds of the animals of the forest. The ambiance and style of the hotel is amazing. You really feel connected to nature. The highlight of our trip was our chef. We have eaten in a lot of fancy places but I can tell you that our chef’s food was on another level! Lot’s of flavor and colors! He was always available for a little talk and gave us...
