âNerea Ă€r ett otroligt bra hotell och vi kom pĂ„ oss sjĂ€lva med att stĂ€lla in ett par av vĂ„ra aktiviteter för att bara spendera mer tid dĂ€r istĂ€llet. Enkel men bra restaurang, hĂ€rliga rum och en liten men vĂ€lskött och aldrig överbefolkad strand. Hotellet har ocksĂ„ tvĂ„ systerhotell nedför gatan om man vill variera sig lite och anvĂ€nda deras strand/restaurang.

âThis is easily one of the best experiences I have had at a hotel. The owners and staff are the kindest people and made our stay one of the most memorable and special trips for our family. We canât recommend going here enough! We will be back. Quiet, Clean, adventures in nature, bike trails, food and yoga were all amazing! â

âI stayed in the 3 Bedroom Villa & itâs a perfect place for a big family. 1 bedroom upstairs has to twin beds. The 2 bed roomâs downstairs has there on restroomâs. âWonderful place and staff. Beach outside is not for swimming but they give bikes for free and have a private beach 10 minutes from the hotel. However I recommend you to rent a car because this hotel is located 20-30 minutes from hotel area and center of Tulum where u will find all the shops and restaurants etc. But the hotel restaurant and food was good too! Highly recommend. â

âLos domos son muy bonitos para fotografĂas, pero la realidad es que estĂĄn muy descuidados. La chapa de la puerta estĂĄ floja y cuesta trabajo cerrarla, los mosquiteros no estĂĄn bien sellados, las llaves de la regadera no funcionan bien, habĂa focos fundidos y que parpadeaban constantemente (no relacionado a la alimentaciĂłn de luz solar, porque otros focos no parpadeaban). El hecho de que no hagan limpieza todos los dĂas hace que la cantidad de bichitos sea muchĂsimo mayor que en otros glampings...

"Disappointing Experience â Left 3 Days Early
We had to leave this hotel 3 days in advance due to several issues that made our stay uncomfortable and unsettling. The most serious problem was that one of the staff members made inappropriate sexual comments to the female member of our group. This made her feel unsafe and afraid to go around the property alone or even enjoy the sunbathing areas. This experience was extremely disturbing and a major factor in our decision to leave early.
Additionally, the food at the hotel restaurant was disappointing. One of the desserts, a chocolate cake, was inedibly hard when it arrived at the table. When we raised this with the waiter, he simply shrugged and didnât follow up or offer any solution.
The access road to the hotel was also a major inconvenience. It was in terrible condition, and the drive from the highway to the hotel (about 1 km) took us 15 minutes due to its poor state. The hotel feels extremely isolated, with construction workers right outside the entrance, adding to the feeling of being cut off from everything.
Lastly, the beach was not at all enjoyable. It was made up of rough rocks, and the seaweed in the water emitted an unpleasant smell, making it impossible to relax or swim comfortably.
Considering the high cost of staying here, we expected much more from this property, and it did not live up to the standards we were hoping for.
