The neighborhood behind this property is lovely to walk through. The cons- This run-down property basically overlooks a freeway on-ramp. The hot tub is in shambles with a shredded top. The kitchen faucet is falling off and has reversed hot/cold. The stove is missing nobs. All the windows are inoperable. The “AC” is a mobile unit in the living room...

“If you are looking for a comfortable, clean, lived in family home for your San Diego stay on a budget this is the home for you. Our family was in SD for a US Marine Corps family day/graduation ceremony at MCRD and this home was near shopping and easy access to freeways. Our party of 8 was very happy staying here. Kitchen, bedrooms, living room, BBQ grill were all utilized, however this home could use a refresh and a little TLC. Owner was very responsive to our questions. ”

“Everything in this bungalow was new, clean, and nice. The location is excellent, with restaurants, Sunday farmer’s market, and parks all within walking distance, plus parking! ”
