“This place is truly a hidden gem. Close to downtown for the restaurants and activities, but in a nice neighborhood. So much here, beautiful rooms and even a big backyard. The comman areas are delightful, and our room was even better. Enjoyed the big soaker tub with the jets.”

First we woke up with no hot water and needed to be moved. The new room we were moved too was poorly renovated. “The stay started off rocky because the pool was closed the hotel had construction that we were not made aware of and it caused the pool & hot tub to be shut down! This was something we were looking forward to! Also the Air conditioner was broken in our first room so we had to wait for someone to come look at it and approve a room swap this delayed our evening!”

“We arrived at 1 pm and was told we couldnt check in until 2 even though our room was ready, however if i would pay the guy at the desk $45 i could check in then! Everything was so dirty including the pool woth food floating in it, I have pucs of the pool of u want to see them! Breakfast was horrible, nothing replaces when emptied seemed like the staff ate more then anyone! It was a horrible experience!”

“Was a nice place to stay. The property was set away from the major traffic on a service road, which was a plus for privacy and noise. The front desk was attentive to requests for an extra coffee packet and sugar. Room was clean, bed was clean, shower and facilities were clean. (I have a blood, urine light that exposes unclean surfaces)- a good thing to have when staying at a hotel. If I ever have to stay in Shreveport, LA. again, this will be one I will consider.
