“Rude employees everywhere in the hotel and casino ”

“Just WOW! This was like staying at you eccentric, generous, Bohemian uncle’s place - cool art and artifacts EVERYWHERE, snacks and drink offerings available 24 hours/day, and well appointed, clean, and comfortable “guest” room! The night we came in, I was lucky enough to actually meet Chef “Uncle” John Cariere, the proprietor. He was very welcoming and accommodating and invited us to the complimentary breakfast. “The staff were all very helpful and friendly. The room was large and clean. Things are a bit dated. The bathroom tile and tub are a bit slippery. A great stay and good location.”

“I was ready to leave. The air conditioner didnt work. Our room stayed around 75 the whole night. I wet rags and put all over me. To top it off... the suite i booked for my family wasnt held. So my kids were down the hall from me. So on top of a hot miserable night i couldn't sleep due to worrying about my minor kids. I will never visit another one of these properties. ”

“This is a hotel located at a casino. The room was large and comfortable. It was clean and they provided complimentary bottled water. The only glich was that the entrance to the hotel was blocked off by construction. This required entering through the casino and carrying luggage farther.”

“Upon arrival, I inspected the room and ultimately decided not to stay. The floor had a strong, unpleasant odor, and the overall cleanliness and condition of the property did not meet reasonable expectations. As I was traveling with my 5-year-old, I did not feel comfortable remaining on the premises and chose to secure accommodations elsewhere.
