“Breakfast options are great but the service is kind of scattered. Beach should be cleaned every night; at times we saw spoons, ice cream cups and cigarette butts near the cabanas which was not what we expected. Some of the employees go out of their way while others act like they are doing you a favor. Our room was lovely but it was in a building that had been recently updated. Very nice but overall not 5 star.”

“Amazing!! The staff, the resort, the beach and graces cottage! We absolutely love this place and will be back. Totally walkable to everything else. I don’t know how anyone can not give this 5 stars. Yes, there is construction everywhere but you are having such a good time you hear nothing. ”

“Spacious boathouses with great patio and terrace views. Very clean. Our boathouse had a few issues with the patio door lock and dryer not working which could not be fixed during our stay. Staff offered to move us but we decided shifting was not worth the effort. Dining is limited to 1 restaurant and the breakfast menu gets boring. Beach services are only towel and umbrella, no dining or drinks available. There is construction going on in the property but it is well managed snd not disturbing.”

“We had an amazing time at this condo in Turks and Caicos. The unit was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. We loved the easy access to the pool and being just a short walk from the beach. The view from the balcony, was just breathtaking! The hosts were friendly and responsive. We’d definitely stay here again!”

“It’s a great location for those like us looking to be away from the hustle and bustle but yet not be too far a drive from it all. And the layout works well inside the unit and the condo has a great pool and amazing beach. However our unit only had a view from the corner of our deck and was tucked below another unit and stairs without impacted our light and air. We just solved it by not being inside much. “New staff from last year. We recognized only two - front desk and massuse (sp?). Food was excellent, but very slow. 90 minute wait for lunch special. Two hours at one dinner and still waiting for main course. Sailboat broken and paddle boards broken by bartenders who should not have been using. Our room had a broken door. We pointed it out and housekeeper said it had been on maintenance’s radar for a while. However. Maintenance came in two days and repaired it completely. These are...

“If you’re looking at a way to do Turks and Caicos on a budget, this place is for you. It’s great having the golf cart to take you to the beach if you didn’t feel like walking. Only a 3 to 4 minute walk all the amenities, chairs, umbrellas, paddle boards, and kayaks. Available to you morning. Breakfast was very average but nice to have as it is very expensive to eat out on the island. Grocery store is a two minute walk. Would definitely go back.”

“This property is located close to the beach. 5 minute wall plus a shuttle every hour. Pool is gorgeous and great for swimming laps. The staff is helpful and friendly. They always plan activities ”
