Welcome to Latitude Adjustment! Since purchasing our home last summer, it has quickly become our happy place and home of our dreams on Cape Cod. We are excited to share it with you for your next family vacation or special gathering with friends. We took great care to design our home to create an environment that is equally beautiful and functional with all the necessary creature comforts in mind. Much of the décor features the exceptional work of local artisans! We love so many things about Latitude Adjustment so we wanted to share some of our favorites:

Let Us Tell You About This Home:
This exquisite new home with all new furnishings and décor sits atop a knoll in the sought after Hardings Beach neighborhood in Chatham. Luxury and style surround you from the wrap around front porch to the well thought out floor plan.
Enter through the front door into the entry way where gleaming hardwood floors and brilliant colorful local art great you. The bold colors are just a precursor to what awaits you throughout the home.
To the right is the living room with couch, chair, piano and slider to the porch. A perfect "quiet room" where your family can catch up with each other without competing for attention with the TV.
Through the living room you enter the open concept kitchen, dining room and family room. This is where all the fun will happen!
The kitchen is well-equipped and outfitted with all stainless-steel appliances, a gas stove, cool quartz countertops and a pretty light blue back splash that will take your to shores of the beach in an instant. There are 3 bar stools at the eat-at center island for those quick morning meals before you head to the beach.
The dining room with a beautifully reclaimed hard wood door turned into a farm table and rattan seats is waiting for you to gather the family for a special dinner. The slider to the back yard is off the dining area and just beyond is the family room with large wrap around sectional style couch - so comfy. Kick back and enjoy a Red Sox Game or watch the latest new release on Netflix. There are additional seating options with a side table and two chairs for more private conversations.
Head down the hallway - to the right is the washer and dryer behind the closet doors. You will also find Bathroom #4 - a half bath for the convenience of guests on the main level.
Bedroom #1 is at the end of the hall offering a King platform-style bed, a large flat screen TV, beautiful, weathered wood furnishings, coastal art, and an overstuffed casual chair. The large walk-in closet is perfect for all your summer wardrobe changes. Enjoy the ensuite bathroom #1 with walk in shower and deep soaking tub.
Head upstairs to the loft entertainment area complete with wraparound leather couch and another large flat screen TV for movies or games. The shelves are filled with games and puzzles for those looking for a more traditional pastime on a rainy day. A desk for remote work and round game table finish this room.
Bedroom #2 has a bunk bed with two twin beds - another twin with trundle bed brings the total to 4 twin beds! The room is decorated in fun shades of green and blue creating a tranquil ocean feel. A BONUS sleep area with TV, twin bed w/ trundle and a desk is just off of Bedroom #2.
Bathroom #2 is a Jack and Jill style with tub/shower combination, opening to both Bedroom #2 and the entertainment loft room.
Bedroom #3 is to the left of the stairs and offers a King bed, leather chair, mounted TV for late night viewing and a flex spot standing desk. A large walk-in closet and ensuite Bathroom #3 complete this beautiful room.

In front of the house you will find the wrap around porch with so many seating options you may find it hard to choose your favorite spot to enjoy your morning coffee - the little nook off the living room is a great spot to take in the ocean air, relax and listen to the birds sing.
In the back yard, enjoy yard games on the lush green grass for the kids to run and play. The blue stone patio with comfortable living room-style furniture is perfect to enjoy evening cocktails. The outdoor dining table is where you'll most certainly find the family at dinner time. Enjoy grilling your favorite foods or hosting a traditional New England Lobster Bake and end the night with s'mores by the fire pit. And don't forget that long held Cape Cod tradition and experience the outdoor shower after a day at the beach - with Hardings Beach just a short walk away via paved sidewalk or even shorter drive away you'll probably go every day!

PET FRIENDLY HOMES are for a DOG only. This home allows 1 dog for $25 per night. With owner approval, a second dog may be considered for an additional $25 nightly fee. A Pet Registration form must be completed upon reservation confirmation.
Max parking of cars at property: 3 - No parking on lawn anytime.

For Reservations made over 60 days away, you will make two payments - 50% initial payment with reservation and the final balance will be auto billed to your credit card 60 days prior to arrival. We accept Mastercard and Visa for payments.
A confirmed reservation is non refundable--please consider purchasing trip cancellation insurance. Ask our guest specialist for more details regarding cancel options and trip insurance.
***Linens - bed sheets, bath/dish/beach towels and bath mats are not included with this home but can be rented at time of booking or at a later date through our linen rental partner.
