“The hotel is located within walking distance from the botanic garden and all the stores in the city center. It’s also located on a street with restaurants and smaller shops which is nice. If you want to work out you can get a key from the reception and walk for about 3 minutes to get to a really nice gym! The staff is also very helpful with finding restaurants and planning day activities. ”

“I was put at the front of the hotel and had a room overlooking the main street which had road works that woke me in the early hours and made sleep not easy. The hotel entry security is not up to standard. Anyone off the street can walk into the lift and go up to any floor of the hotel. There is no card-reader security tag in the lift past the first floor reception. Entry should be blocke to any floor unless the card is used to move the lift to your floor.
