Our beautiful home is located in the heart of Chattanooga and nestled amongst the trees up on a 1.3 acre private lot in a quiet tree lined neighborhood, yet it's just minutes to all of the shops, restaurants and parks of the North Shore and Downtown Chattanooga.

Up a private driveway leads to a 2-story, 5-bedroom house with gorgeous views all around. Elegantly furnished and well equipped. Enjoy all the private outdoor space and you might encounter a few deer and wild turkeys from time to time.

THE SPACE
This house consists of two levels with plenty of space for everyone. Up the exterior staircase leads you to the entrance of the main house. Large picture windows fills the house with natural light. Grab a cup of coffee from the Phillips Fully Automatic Espresso Machine and start your day at the breakfast counter, with frequent sightings of squirrels and birds frolicking outside the windows around your private forest. Take a siesta during the day in the relaxing yoga corner. Prepare a meal in the well-equipped kitchen with plenty of countertop space. Gather around the large sectional in the evening and enjoy the 75" smart TV.

Down the hall leads you to 3 rooms, each fitting different preferences and needs. Across the hallway bathroom is a boho style bedroom - a 10" gel memory foam queen bed, a papasan chair to lounge in and a separate desk to focused work at. Further down the hall is the master bedroom, with a king memory foam bed, private master bath with stand-in shower, and calming decors and air-purifying plants. The 3rd room is currently used as the office, with two electric standing desks to accommodate a busy day of work. Yet the rest of the room provides a zen space to relax and reflect, with a convertible day bed and an additional futon that can be used for sleeping.

That's not all, down a set of stairs leads you to the base level of the house with even more space. A second living room with a 55" start TV, a fireplace and a sofa bed, a kitchenette for a quick snack, two bedrooms that sleep 4, completed with a full bathroom for this level.

The two-story arrangement is perfect to spend time together as a group, yet having enough space and privacy for everyone. To add even more to the space and privacy, the house is surrounded by 1.3 acre of nature and tranquility, with plenty of outdoor furniture to enjoy the beautiful Tennessee landscape. We love our house and we hope you do just as much as we do!

GUEST ACCESS
You will have access to the entire house and its surrounding space. You will have access to one parking space in the garage and the driveway that accommodates up to 3 other vehicles. The main house is our residence for part of the year and might have 1 owner's closet for personal belongings.

For monthly stays: up to $350 of utilities (electricity, gas, water) are included. Surcharge will be sent as requests at the end of guests' stay.
