“our room could've definitely benefitted from a remodel. the sofa and headboard were in rough shape and there were specks of paint on the carpet and other surfaces from the last time it was painted. our in-room phone blinked for four days. we were on the third floor and the stairs were cracked, dirty, and creaky. the top step was a different depth than the other stairs which makes it a safety issue.”

“Our pullout couch was duct taped. When we opened it, there was a moldy pee stain among other stains all over the mattress. Just disgusting.”

“My room was not ready until 9:00 pm. I didn’t appreciate not being able to check in at 6:00 pm. The breakfast was overpriced. You get the same buffet food at other hotels for free. The wood floors in the bedroom were sticky.”

“I have not stayed in this facility due to the rude front desk and manager. I got charged with deposit first without even notice. I was not aware of the deposit until I got charged. The front desk female was rude and directive and unpleasant. Instead of ask me for my name she asked me for ID instead and acted rude like a cop. She has never smile. On top of that manager did not solved the issue with the deposit and did. It refund me back after I left the facility without staying there. The manager...

“Hotel is very new, rooms are really clean, love the LVF instead of carpet in the rooms, beautiful walk-in showers, and charging stations on the night stand. Staff was friendly and helpful.”

“Nice big, clean room. Property is up to date and pool was nice. The wall where the employees sit must be too big, they never notice when someone was there. One elevator did not seem to work every morning during breakfast hours so going up and down was a nightmare which took forever! We carried our luggage down at checkout because we couldn’t get room with a cart. The staircase goes outside with no key reader so you can’t even go up the stairs on that side of the hotel!”
