“Breakfast was hot. Rooms were very clean.”

“Breakfast was not the best. When we arrived, 30 minutes before it was over, no eggs, no bacon, no bread and no waffle mix. Things did get replenished when we asked but eggs were not desirable. Several people continued coming because so many flights were canceled and breakfast only went until 9”

“The room was clean, although had a unique smell. Apparently that was just our room as our friends room did not have the same smell. Our hot water went in and out during a shower. And the food selection was okay but not great for the type of hotel you’re staying in. ”

“Great friendly and attentive Staff. Nice large rooms with all you need for a multiple day stay. Cleaning staff did a wonderful job mli g our sty even better. Good variety for breakfast each morning. The kids had a fun time each evening in the indoor pool with lots of towels available to use. Would definitely recommend. ”

“From start of check-in to asking for additional pillows and blankets, the staff was terrible and all the amenities that were listed to be available were unavailable such as the pool and staff did not have a valid explanation for any of the things not available”

“The man at the front desk was rude. The iron in our room didn’t work and he didn’t want to exchange ours for a working one. The hotel itself literally makes noises all throughout the night-knocking sounds, whistling, pipes running it’s absolute chaos if you actually want to sleep at night. I paid for late check out at 1pm. At 12:10pm they were knocking at our door asking if we were checking out. I will never stay here again. ”
