“This was a good new hotel in Spokane. It's a little outside the city center which is good as it's safer and more quiet. Check in was easy and friendly. Just wish they could have been a little more welcoming. The parking garage was very good and only accessible by car with your room card key. Otherwise you could enter the parking garage by foot. It was also cctv in the parking garage. Room was new, big and clean. Nice view towards the city. Breakfast was good. ”

“Room was spacious and clean. Every staff I encountered was pleasant and helpful. Breakfast buffet was excellent. We enjoyed a complementary evening drink with a small salad bar. Hot tub steam room sauna pool. Location excellent!”

“The property is doing a lot of upgrades and we were very impressed. The outdoor terrace and pool area are stunning and a wonderful place to just hang out and relax. The rooms were clean and had been updated with a modern look. They are definitely making big changes as one area outside was completely under construction - looks like they are expanding their outdoor area. The location is right on a path along the river - we loved meeting up with family newly transplanted to Spokane and meandering...

“Our stay started out horrible as they had oversold the hotel so I didn't get the balcony room that I paid extra for. They did give me free parking and a small dining credit, but not until I let them know how unacceptable it was to just put me in a less expensive room (I had pre-paid). The customer service was just horrible the whole time. Housekeeping only comes on request (but they don't tell you that until you are upset because nobody came even though you had the service room hanging on the...

“No one was at the front counter in my he morning when I attempted to ask them to hold my suitcase upon ending my stay. Also, there were no towels in my room and when I called downstairs at 7:30 AM I was told I had to come down and get the towels which w as not a possibility given I had just stepped out of the shower! Also while checking in, I had to stand at the front desk for five or so minutes, waiting for the employee to load some things into the computer, and there was a second...
