âDecent hotel near Heathrow. Clean, nice service. Good dinner and breakfast. Had a couple of power cuts, weird. And the shower had no speed at all. Not great at all. â
âThe room was ok and bigger than expected. however, not renovated. The bed was to hard and the pillows was too hard.
The staff in the reception could be a bit more welcoming. It is the first hotel we have stayed in that we could not borrow a glass from the bar. We could only get small and cheap plastic glassed to bring to the room.
But, overall, we had a good stay!

GĂ€stvĂ€nlig och hjĂ€lpsam personal. Litet rum med sköna sĂ€ngar och fint badrum. Gammalt men rent och frĂ€scht.â

Great location, very short walk to tube and public transport and plenty of cafes and restaurants. Would happily stay again. Only concern in basement room would be temperature if weather was very hot!â

âRenovated floor, I think, so very clean and new. Drain in bathroom was not very efficent, and the room was extremely hot, even though there was a rather big fan.
A stay for five days with kids was suitable for us three. Location is supernice- park a few steps away. Friendly staff.
