Getting Around:
From Downtown Chicago (25–35 minutes):
Take I-90/I-94 West (Kennedy Expressway) toward O’Hare. Merge onto I-94 West (Edens Expressway) and exit toward Skokie. From there, local roads will bring you directly to the home.
From O’Hare International Airport (15-20 minutes):
Take I-190 East to I-90 East, then merge onto I-94 West toward Milwaukee. Exit toward Skokie and follow local streets to the property.
From Midway International Airport (45–60 minutes):
Take I-55 North to I-90/I-94 West, then merge onto I-94 West toward Milwaukee. Exit toward Skokie and follow local directions.
Public Transportation:
You can take the CTA Yellow Line (Skokie Swift) into the city and connect to downtown Chicago easily. Metra train service is also nearby for quick access to surrounding suburbs and the city.
Other Things to Note:
Check-In and Check-Out: Check-in time is 4:00 PM, and check-out time is 11:00 AM. If you require early check-in or late check-out, please let us know in advance, and we'll do our best to accommodate your request.
No Smoking: For the comfort of all guests, smoking is strictly prohibited within the house. Please smoke outside.
Pet Policy: We adore pets, but unfortunately, the property is not pet-friendly. We appreciate your understanding in adhering to this policy.
Quiet Enjoyment: Respect for fellow residents and neighbors is paramount. Please keep noise levels at a considerate level, especially during quiet hours, to maintain a peaceful environment.
Maximum Occupancy: The maximum number of guests allowed in the house is as indicated in your booking details. Hosting additional overnight guests without prior approval is not permitted.
Long Term Guests: For stays longer than four weeks, a mandatory cleaning service is required every two weeks to make sure the property stay at the high standard. Failure to comply with the mandatory cleaning service may result in termination of the stay without a refund.
Vehicles: : Village of Skokie ordinance, work cargo vans with B plates and trailers of any kind are strictly prohibited to be parked in the street or the driveway.They are subject of fines.
Monitoring: We have camera's outside of the home for your safety. It will be recording during the reservations. Tampering with these will result in a fine.
Security: To abide by all legal requirements and building security rules, you will be asked to provide a copy of your official government-issued photo ID, confirm your contact information, provide a valid credit card with a name that matches your ID, and pass through our verification portal. Security deposit of $500 will be required before check in.
