Self Checkin codes are provided before the check in time!
Guests can access the entire property except the storage closet in the downstairs area, and janitors closet in the upstairs area. They will remain locked.
Other things to note
The primary guest must be at least 21 years old to book this property.

Check-in is at 4pm, Check-out is at 11am to allow enough time for our cleaning crew to have enough time to accommodate for the next stay. :)

- No more than 12 people can be staying in the house at any time
- $50 a night for the duration of the stay fee for any extra guests that are not accounted for upon reservation, Advise even if someone is visiting and not staying the night to avoid this.
- NO Smoking/vape is allowed - 500$ Fine will be enforced.
- Quiet hours are from 9:30 PM- 9 AM, please be respectful of the neighborhood!
- No events, parties, or large gatherings
- No pets allowed.
- No parties allowed—violations may result in immediate termination of the stay. We aim to maintain a respectful environment for our neighbors in this very peaceful community.
- Guests must be 21 years or older to book this property.
- Late check-out fees are as follows: $50 for the first hour, $100 for two hours, and $500 for any extended time. Cleaning Crew comes at 11:30
These fees ensure fair compensation for our cleaners or any subsequent guests affected by delays. If you need a late checkout, please inquire in advance. Depending on upcoming bookings, we might accommodate you, though a fee might still apply.
