The property was perfect for 2 families including 4 children. There was a great space downstairs for children to play and the upstairs was a perfect space for the children to sleep. Meanwhile adults could talk and socialize on main floor. We had everything we needed and the host was always responsive to our questions. We will stay there again if we have another reunion in the area.

The host was great to work with. Parking is tricky to maneuver as the turn is quite sharp, and street parking had restrictions, but we figured it out, parking up to 3 cars at one point during our stay. We informed the host of a few things that needed fixing or added, and he said he'd work on it... but none were deal breakers. Quiet, safe feeling neighborhood. We needed 4 bedrooms, for the 7 adults, and appreciated the crib & highchair for the baby. We had a good stay, thanks.

James was responsive and accommodating during our stay. The rooms were clean and comfy and the kitchen seemed to be well stocked, however we did not use it to cook. The only thing I wanted to note was I did find thumb tacks and pieces of maybe balloon in the living room. Im glad I noticed before my dogs did!

Great property

This was a delightful property close to the Evansville Township High school. We stayed here for my son's college graduation. Everything was up to date and nicely appointed. I don't know that we would need to stay here again, but if we did I would definitely want to stay at this property.
