Perfect apartment!

We needed an apartment since my daughter and I traveled from Boston with a 6-month-old. The VRBO was just perfect in every way. The property manager was super helpful, and the communication was clear and concise. The apartment had everything we needed. We can't wait to stay in the Hope of Evanston again!

Excellent location and exactly as pictured

We had an amazing stay at this beautiful VRBO property! The location was perfect, just a short walk from Northwestern Univ and downtown Evanston. The apartment was immaculate, with all the amenities we could have asked for. The host was incredibly responsive, making check-in a breeze. We especially loved the parking space on premise. Short and sweet

My sister and I arrived following a 17 hour travel day fraught with weather delays and diversions. The building was well lit, effortless to get in to. The property was more beautiful than the pictures. Floor to ceiling windows, great view. We were sorry we had only two nights, would love to stay longer next time. The property manager was very responsive! The nicest VRBO yet!!!

Updated Clean Condo with Great Location

Very clean condo with updated decor within walking distance of downtown Evanston. Plenty of space in the open kitchen, dining and living room for entertaining another couple for dinner. The living room television had a nice large screen, but had trouble with the internet reception for channels. However, this wasn’t a necessity for us since we weren’t in Evanston to watch television. Host was quick to respond to questions. We’ll stay here again.
