This spacious 4 bedroom 3 1/2 bathroom property, featuring high ceilings on each floor, including the basement, comfortably sleeps 8 adults. The master en suite features south facing windows for natural sunlight and a spacious walk-in closet, with a designer bathroom. Throughout the house, are ultra modern design elements like the custom ceiling to floor stone wall paneling with digital fireplace, hardwood flooring, and intricate ceiling designs.
Guest access
There is plenty of free street parking located directly outside of the property. Smoking is NOT allowed anywhere inside of the house. You must smoke outside. Smoking inside results in an automatic forfeit of your security deposit.
Other things to note
Security Deposit - There is a security deposit for broken, stolen, damaged and/or irreplaceable items, and smoking anywhere inside the building. You will not be charged if none of these instances occur.

Additional Person Charge- It is imperative that all guests be listed on reservation for security and insurance purpose. A charge of $150 per person will be added for each additional guest that's not listed.

Reservations - Please provide first and last name for all guest(s) in your group at the time of reservation. Guest per reservation is capped at 8 to ensure all guest are accommodated sufficiently.
