We have 3 different types of coffee machine to suite your preference.A Cuisinart Automatic Grind & Brew 12-Cup Coffee Maker with Blade Grinder, a Black and Decker Programmable Coffee Maker (in the pantry), a Keurig K-Duo Single & Carafe Coffee Maker (in the pantry). We like to give you choices so that you don't need to DIY when one doesn't work for you.

This modern, bright, spacious duplex on the top of the house is a perfect place for your family/friends/group to enjoy. The house is fenced, and the doors have a smart lock. We may not be able to accommodate with early check in if someone check out on the same day you check in, but you're welcome to leave your luggage on the patio or on the deck in the backyard. So please request days before check in to help us manage it.

1 Twin, 1 Trundle twin, 3 sleeps in total. A portable AC unit is installed in the summer only to provide extra cold air during super hot summer days.
(Note: The 3rd and 4th bedrooms in the photos are the same room space, one with 2 sleeps, one with 3 sleeps cuz one has a twin bed and one has a trundle twin bed. The platform doesn't have a selection for a trundle bed so I demonstrate them in 2 different bedrooms.)

free unrestricted and unassigned street parking 24/7. One private parking space in the detached garage is available at an extra cost, please ask me if you're interested.

In terms of an early check-in request, we can accommodate it if no one checks out on the same day as you check-in. However, you're welcome to put your luggage on the patio or deck in the backyard. Please send me a note a couple of days before you check-in.
