Our luxurious, second floor apartment is the hidden gem of Hollywood Park that you have been looking for.
House slippers generously offered at the unit entry door. The Coat closet is located immediately to left when entering.
The pristine and spacious apartment opens to the dining area with a table set for 8. Period hardware preserved throughout the space with attention to aesthetic details, adding modern touches to create a truly unique look and feel.
A large family room to the right offers sectional seating, an 80” flat screen smart tv, remote controlled fireplace and plenty of cozy throw blankets for that big game or movie night to be experienced in comfort and style.
The Master Bedroom is elegant with a clean, classic design appeal. Bedside lamps and wall mounted nightstands, layers of linens and pillows, finished with a hotelier welcome of fine chocolates.
The second Queen bedroom boasts all the comforts of home with a smaller footprint than the Master Bedroom and adds a vanity area for easy beauty preparations.
Our third Queen bedroom showcases lightness and joy with crisp white linens and built-ins with plenty of cabinet space. This bedroom is an en-suite to the Queen bedroom so passage through is needed.
The full bathroom is thoughtfully laid out, bright light and clean lines reflective of the unit as a whole. Special details such as internal mirror lighting, wall mounted towels and make this space sing.

If you haven’t fallen in love with the space quite yet, this fabulously designed kitchen space will make your day. Really everything has been thought of. Quiet close cabinetry, drawers, sooo many gadgets, cutlery and tableware. This kitchen will make you want to cook or just make yourself a coffee in the adorable matching Keurig and marvel at it’s beauty.
Guests will have private access to the whole second floor apartment as well as the shared access to the basement laundry and back yard.
