Great Stay in Evanston

This is a terrific property in an excellent location for anything that you might want or need to do in and around Evanston or Northwestern. It is also very convenient when you want to go into the city as train access is very close by. The property is very clean and comfortable for a family and you can rest assured that the property manager is going to be quick and responsive with whatever you need before or during your trip. I would highly recommend this property for your stay.

Nice Place

Our family stayed 5 nights. The check in process was easy, unit was clean, very quiet and the underground parking was a plus since it rained during our stay.

Family get away

We stayed here for three nights during a family get-away before my children headed off to college. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, it was like a home away from home. Everything we needed was provided, everything was spotlessly clean and well stocked, parking was super convenient and safe, and the location was perfect!! We would definitely stay here again in the future!

Great space for our weekend stay!

The host was super responsive to any and all questions we had - before and during our visit. It was the perfect set-up for our visit to NU to see our son. Location was good, condo was clean and the layout worked great for our group.

Thanksgiving with family

This property worked out so well for our family of six. We stayed a week and ate some meals in and also prepared food to take to our extended family for Thanksgiving. It was well-equipped and it was very nice to have a washer and dryer en suite. We will definitely stay here again. Also the property manager responded very quickly to our inquiries when we booked the VRBO.

Perfect place for us

From check in to check out, our experience here was perfect. My family was in town for a long weekend visiting my daughter. We love the restaurants in Evanston and even braved a snow squall to make the quick drive to downtown Chicago! The property has everything one would need for a stay. It’s very clean and communication was always very clear. We hope to be back!

Great family get away

We stayed at this property over Thanksgiving with our family of four and my parents. The condo was the perfect size for the six of us and was in walking distance of shops. The beds were comfortable, the pantry had needed items, and the building was easy to access with a heated parking garage. There were lots of towels and the bathrooms were clean. The hosts were very quick to respond to all our questions, which was very helpful. We hope to stay again soon - thank you!
