"Property was going through some renovations but staff put us in a room away from work areas. Hotel is close to heritage center…walked across bridge adjacent to Newport. Only issue was drunk people at bar along street you needed to be careful walking around, but otherwise was fine."

"Location is good if you’re going to baseball game. Hotel needs an update. Leaking roof in fitness center. Wallpaper pealing. Bed was made when room cleaned. Dirty glasses left. Trash not emptied and coffee not replaced."

"This is extremely old hotel with no updates. Carpets smell. I saw a cockroach in the bathroom and reported and then next day another cockroach next to coffee machine. NASTY!"
