“Lovely, clean and comfortable property with everything you need for a enjoyable stay. Position on the park is good; just a few minutes walk to the main centre. Not a brilliant amount to do at the park itself, but a great base to explore the Cotswold's from. Communication from the host was excellent from the point we booked it to the day we left.”

Perfectly placed for visiting different places in the Cotswolds.We were disappointed that access to the table tennis room was not granted, despite being advertised in the pictures - we were not notified of this before we enquired during the stay (upon which we were informed that it required wiring works)”

“The property was lovely, very clean, well-equipped and in a very good location. It was quiet and peaceful, but close to the estate facilities including the excellent pool complex and the bar/restaurant. Catherine, the owner, was very helpful and went beyond our expectations to resolve the one issue that we had while we were there. “Very clean, comfy beds, relaxing living room! Parking is very close. Bathroom is huge and excellent quality towels. My only wish is that there were more pots/pans for cooking. Otherwise, we loved this place!”

“Fantastic house which was really well equipped and close to the spa and Balihoo facilities. We had beautiful weather - hired a Kayak from the activity hub and paddleboarded on the lake. Plus did a walk around one of the bigger lakes which we haven't done before. Just the best weekend.”

“Upon walking into the property the hallway wall had dirty marks on it and really could have done with painting. The overall impression of the property was that it was very dated and needed a freshen up. The sofa was very old and very low, we all had trouble getting up from it and we did report this. The photos were very misleading as the property was a lot smaller than we initially were lead to believe. All in all a disappointing stay.”
