Fantastiskt Uppdaterad Waterview egendom sett direkt från din ytterdörr som är 4 hus bort. Steg till 2 privata stränder och en 10 min promenad till den offentliga stranden. Ingår för att göra din vistelse enklare är sängkläder, handdukar, badlakan och stolar. Välkommen till detta 3 sovrum med ett loft sovrum på övervåningen. Fullt utrustat kök för de som äter på dagar. Huvudsakliga sovrummet har en ny king size-säng och tv. För det andra har en full size säng och tv. Bakre sovrummet har 2 nya fulla sängar. Övervåningen loft med 5'4 "clearance har 2 nya trille tvilling uppsättningar och en singel tvilling. Verandaen har en full futon. Massage stol väntar på komfort efter en lång dag med sol. Två fulla badrum. Koppla av i vardagsrummet med bekväma soffor och titta på TV och spela spel. Matbord sittplatser 6. Köksbordstolar 4. Bläddra ute på sektionen. Kajaker och paddleboard väntar på vatten roligt (Executed release waiver undertecknad före användning tack.) 8 nya strandstolar och ett paraply. Boka din vistelse, koppla av, lyssna på det lugnande vattnet och njut av solen. Kom och njut av Clintonlands strand vid "The Count" House.

En 2 timmars bilresa från Manhattan och Boston. 40 minuter till Mohegan Sun & Foxwoods Casino. 35 minuter till Mystic Seaport och Aquarium. 10 minuter till Clinton Crossing Outlets & Westbrook Outlets. 14 minuter till Hammonasset Beach.

This is a lovely beach house. I've stayed in fancier VRBOs but this would be great for grandparents to rent and have their kids and grandkids come stay for the week. We walked to the beach each morning. My husband and I are birders and this is a fantastic place to go birding. Probably the best supplied kitchen of any VRBO we've been at.

Not great

We were in town for the weekend visiting family and this location was good for that. There is no water view from the actual house, so that is misleading. The house itself is cute, but is not very well kept up. Everything is worn out and feels neglected. The towels provided were covered in hair when we pulled them out to use them. We were going to wash them but the washer/dryer were also noticeably full of hair and smelled awful of mold. We ended borrowing towels from a nearby relative. We also had an issue on our last night with a window blowing open in the middle of night, sending cold air throughout the house. I wouldn't stay here again.

Pleasant stay!

Very cute ranch in a lovely neighborhood. Good location for access to area sites like Hammonasset Beach, Chamard Vineyard, and the Water's Edge. Not truly a "water's view", but the house had all the amenities needed for a fun stay!

A gem of a home

Everything was perfect for our extended family, attending a weekend wedding celebration nearby. The beds were so comfy and the ceiling fans/central air made for wonderful. The house comes equipped with everything in the description, we were busy with wedding events, so sadly we couldn't take advantage of the kayaks and paddle boards, but we enjoyed the fire pit every evening. The beach is steps away, and the surrounding neighborhood is quiet and friendly. None of us wanted too leave! Thank you for letting us stay in your perfect home, would love to stay again!

The house is very cute, great location, just a few steps from a small beach, in nice and quiet neighborhood. Spacious for bigger groups. Kitchen is well stocked, furniture a little outdated. Overall we had a pleasant stay, people in town are very friendly.

Wonderful Weekend Getaway

We enjoyed our long weekend stay at the Count House. Its location was perfect ... easy beach access, close to the highway, etc. Everything we needed was supplied for us to enjoy the beach, cook our meals, or play games. There was only one full-size kayak with paddle and the paddle board paddle was broken (but we used it by kneeling on the board!). We would definitely return.

Lovely House

We had a great time staying here. Would definitely recommend this house. Other than a bit of a glitch due to something that had been left in the refrigerator (it was resolved ) the house was very clean and neat. We were very pleased. The communications with the host was great. She answered any messages promptly. There was plenty of room for us all (6 adults and 4 rambunctious children.) The kids liked the upstairs "loft" room, and the enclosed porch made a quiet retreat room for reading. Beds were very comfortable (though fyi for those a bit short, the single room full size bed requires a bit of climbing due to the fullness of the mattress and topper. But it was very comfortable once you got up there!) Plenty of fluffy pillows. The large kitchen table was perfect for evening board games and puzzles, which were provided. The location was wonderful, quiet street, just a short walk to a small beach area, easy drive into town. The house was fully stocked with plenty of dishes, pans, coffee maker, lots of towels ( both bath and beach), etc. The beach chairs, umbrella and toys were a wonderful plus. No problems with parking as there was easily room for our three vehicles. I highly recommend this house and host.

Great weekend with friends

9 of us stayed at the house for a ladies' reunion with college friends. House was comfortable and pleasant for a group of this size. Nice to be able to walk to the beach. Plenty of parking for multiple cars. Host did a good job with communication. Had a little complication with check-in: unsuccessfully tried to use the code listed on the check-in page on VRBO site, but the host had previously sent a message with a different code. My error in not making a note of the correct code when it was messaged to me a couple days earlier, but it did create a little confusion. Overall a great stay and we would definitely stay again!

A great week at the beach!

We had a wonderful week in Clinton! The house was perfect for our family and was very close to the beach. We are a beach family and having such a short walk to the water was fantastic. The kids loved all of the different kayaks, paddle boards, and toys that the house supplies! The neighborhood itself is very comfortable, allowing us to take lost of walks with the dog and a safe place for the kids to ride bikes. We all look forward to returning!

Great place for Young Families to Gather!

The house was perfect! We were two families with a combined five kids between the ages of 3-9 and this house worked great! The adult rooms felt like luxurious little retreats and the kid spaces were really fun (my kids loved the attic room - it felt like a fort). It really felt like the host had thought of *everything* - we had everything we could possibly need. Thanks for a great vacation! Hot tip for renters: Bring water shoes for everyone. Of all the beaches we went to, we enjoyed Middle Beach at Hammonassett (sp?) State Park the most - an easy 15 min drive away.

Absolutely Perfect!!!

Wonderful location, 1 minute walk to a beautiful private quiet beach. The house itself is just perfect, was only my and me but during over stay we checked out every bed and every one of them was like a cloud.. We didn’t have many questions but the host always answered quickly and was very helpful. My favorite part was after a nice day at the beach, new outdoor shower and then relax by the gas fire pit.. We will definitely return to this house and bring the kids next time as there is plenty of room and fun things to do for all ages.

Lovely cottage in a great location

We had a great stay! We had 6 adults and 5 children. The house had plenty of room for all of us. The kids enjoyed being upstairs together in their little loft. House kept cool with forced ac, they had a nice gas fire table for night time with plenty of seating, a shed filled with plenty of chairs, kayaks, and sand castle buckets. Beds were soft and cozy. The private beach was less than a 2 minute walk. I’d bring water shoes, lots of sea lettuce! Beautiful sunset, be sure to go down and see it! A few minor setbacks, lack of propane for the grill, hand soap, and the kids noticed some ants upstairs. And please be mindful of recycled verses garbage bins! The recycle bin was filled with garbage and maggots, for the sake of the renters and home owners please use the correct bins.

Very nice tho a little rough around the edges

House WAS clean, nice bedding, and even a massage chair that was entertaining. Beach location is very close, but house didn't go into rules or access to it in the notebook that was there. Or how to get to other beaches nearby... Most would just google it, I suppose, but google doesn't know everything... As a first time VRBOer, communication /charges on card through the app was confusing, and procedures and processes to reassure that the house was reserved, and that we would have keys, access, etc. at the time of arrival was somewhat nerve racking. The extra fees that aren't mentioned with the initial rental price are something I did not applaud. To end positive, it was cute in its uniqueness, LOTS-O beds, quiet in the neighborhood (we went in late September. The Shoreline area is homey.
