“Ben and Michael were always available to answer our questions and even let us know things we might enjoy during our stay. The property is a gem on Surfside. The beach so near and you can’t beat the calming sounds of the waves and the sounds of nature. The morning walks while the sun rising against the crashing waves so very therapeutic. The beds so comfortable and blankets so soft and clean. We got the much needed rest and sleep now we are fully charged. Definitely both front and back balconies...

“This stay was awesome. With the beach just steps away from the home, it made it easy for my elderly family to enjoy the beach with us and return to the comfort of the home when ready. The house was clean and cozy. I’ve already recommended to others.”

“There was some dust and dog hair but overall the property was clean. The host was very nice and responded to needs very quickly. There was not much provided in the kitchen. But host was very clear on the things that were needed to be brought. I would stay here again.”

“The house was amazing, which lead to an incredible weekend with my family. Any negatives were caused by nature. The mosquitos were crazy active around the porch so bring some citronella candles and bug spray! Also, bring bottled water, if you aren't use to well water.”

“Very clean. Descriptions were accurate. Had a lot beach gear including chairs, kids toys, and a little wagon to transport. Loved that there were two separate living areas. Kitchen was well stocked and had everything we needed to cook our meals. Communication with host was excellent. Location was great, the road goes directly to the beach and we were able to drive our vehicle straight to the beach without getting on the highway. We will definitely be booking here again. ”

“The ocean view was perfect. It was a short walk to the beach. There was plenty of room for everyone. There were plenty of bathrooms for everyone, so no long lines waiting for the shower. The amenities were simple to use and clean, plenty of beds for everyone. They even had a high chair, play pen and baby gate for the youngest.”

“The house is within walking distance of the beach. One of the rooms had a dirty sheet, trash not emptied in one of the bathrooms, and the hallway could use some mopping.”
