Reni’s Holiday Apartment with Balcony

Welcome to our lovingly furnished 4-star holiday apartment in the quiet Leverkusen district of Bürrig. Whether you’re visiting family, taking a city break, or on a business trip, you’ll enjoy comfort and a relaxing atmosphere here.



The fully renovated apartment is about 51 m² and located on the top floor of a two-family house, suitable for 1–2 guests (extra bed available on request). It features a living room with balcony, bedroom, kitchen, bathroom, and separate WC. Large windows create bright and welcoming spaces.



We place great value on comfort, sustainability, and allergy-friendly amenities. The apartment offers Wi-Fi, TVs in both living room and bedroom, extra-long beds (220 cm), bed linen, bathrobes, and slippers.



On your arrival day, we provide complimentary coffee, tea, milk, drinks, fruit, and snacks. The beds are freshly made for you.



Thanks to its central location between Cologne and Düsseldorf, you can easily reach both cities and their trade fairs. The apartment is ideal for private stays as well as for business or trade fair visitors.



A breakfast box with special extras is available on request for an additional fee. Please order at least 24 hours in advance.
