“Housekeeping and the staff handling breakfast were friendly and attentive, and the breakfast was great with lots of options. Room and property was clean, beds comfortable. Not many unique dining options nearby, which was disappointing.”
“Hotellet var lite slitet men fräscht och bekvämt. Vi blev uppmärksammade av personalen att området runt hotellet inte är helt säkert, bla kunde vi inte parkera bilen på gatan pga hög inbrottsrisk. Hotellet ligger nära spårvagnshållplats som tar dig in till centrala Portland, snabbt och smidigt och du slipper ta bilen in till stan. Dock finns det inte många restauranger i området, men området är under uppbyggnad.”

“I was surprised the parking garage was in the basement. But i have an SUV and the parking spaces were not wide enough and there was not enough spaces for the hotel size. I like that it’s hidden but there is a lot of cars parked outside. Its an accident waiting to happen.
My compliments to the chef. He toasted my breakfast burrito perfectly amazing and without me asking for it!!! The room, pool, hot tube, outdoor seating area are amazing on the riverfront. I would definitely go again.”

“I really enjoyed my stay at the Kennedy School. It was fun learning the history of the school and walking around enjoying the artwork and unique design. They had a very friendly culture and I especially enjoyed the soaking pool. It is an old building, so does not feature more modern amenities like a mini fridge, tv in rooms, or super updated bathrooms, but the culture and variety of other options like the bars and restaurants more than make up for it. I was also able to check my luggage early...

"Booked a room that was stated wheelchair accessible bathroom on hotels.com, this was not the case at all when we arrived at the hotel. We managed to borrow a shower chair which was good. But not a comfortable stay for me as a wheelchair user. Nothing was done by the hotel to help this situation.
Our other big thing is that we booked the hotel in particular because it had a pool (for our two kids). The pool was closed for maintenance and opened an hour before checkout. We didn’t have time to use it. No information about this long closure until we arrived at the hotel.
Breakfast included but it lacked in quality and taste. Nobody in the family liked it.
Not enough towels in the room even though it was booked for a family of four. We had to get those ourselves.
Expensive parking. We were informed it was going to be $ 52 but it turned out to be $ 62. I guess it’s because the our car is oversized. Still faulty information though.
If all this is Hyatt we won’t be staying again. We put time into making an informed decision and are very disappointed about the outcome, the hotel isn’t cheap either. There are plenty of hotels, especially in a larger city."
