“Clean studio and great location for our family's one night stay. Close to everything but a quiet retreat when needed. The host was very responsive and helpful, even alerted us about an item inadvertently left there after we checked out, and patiently helped us to reclaim the item. Loved the corner pizzaria and the Amish market between 2nd and 3rd. Also highly recommend the parking garage - 310 E 46th - highly efficient and got our car ready at 6am when we had to leave earlier than initially...

“Great location. Multiple subway stations within 5 minutes. Easy pick-ups for ride share. We had first floor unit and was very quiet. Everything you need for your stay no further than 10 minute walk.”

“Great location. It was in the back of the building, which insulated us from street noise. The only thing I would change is if there were a way to have a small table and two chairs to eat on. It was difficult to eat meals in the apartment because there was no dining surface. Overall, it was an exceptionally nice apartment. If you don’t plan to have meals in the apartment, it’s absolutely perfect. I would stay there again in a heartbeat.”

“Not far from Hudson River park for pets, short distance to subway. Easy access to/from Lincoln tunnel. Much of midtown was walkable, everything that wasn’t was easy to get to from subway. Nice bathroom, legit kitchen, everything easily accessible by the guest.”

“Location was beyond perfect!!! Very close to Subway, City Bike stations (highly recommend as a way to see all the sights) and restaurants. Only a few blocks from Penn Station. Couldnt say anything bad about the place itself-pictures are exact. Only small issues were a delay in cleaning upon arrival (contacted Claudia and cleaner came right away) and the lack of extra essentials for an extended stay (trash bags, towels, etc.). Street noise is extreme but I didn't expect anything else in the city....

“No hot water , only 3 towels for a stay of 5 days, only two roles of toilet paper. communicating with the host was non existent. I would never rent again or refer anyone to rent this facility again. It was extremely hot in the room. Coffee machine did not work”
