“All the amenities! it had an induction stove with pots and pans, a washer/dryer combo which came in super hand with the sweltering heat, as well as tons of stuff like toothpaste, toothbrushes, laundry detergent, you name it. A great stay!”
“To wait till last minute just to release the address is simply not mindful of the requirements of international travelers. Adresses are required for Japan entry purposes. I don’t see any reason to withhold that till last minute. Check in procedures are not required in advance but the actual address to help with logistics and planning and for Japan visitor entry. ”

“Great room and nice staff. Happy hour and one free drink in the bar per person. Breakfast was ok but not extraordinary. Very nice rooms, size ok. A lot of nice restaurants basically within the hotel area. Super location very close to the subway, Shibuya Sky, Shibuya scramble crossing etc. ”

“Very friendly staff who did the outmost to give the best service during our three night stay.
I lost my wallet my very first hour in Tokyo on our way walking down to Shibuya. With help from the staff from the hotel and Google translate we called the police and reported my wallet lost. Within 1 hour and 15 minutes the wallet was back in my hand and everything was still in there. This sunshine story says a lot about both the hotel staff and about the Japanese people and society.

"The hotel is amazing, don’t have anything negative to say. I’ve been traveling a lot and this is one of the nicest ones with comfortable bed, great staff, it’s clean, it was the best one we were at when we stayed in Tokyo, we stayed at 3 different hotels in Tokyo during our stay and if I’d know how great this was even if it’s not as central in Tokyo, it would be well worth taking the train to reach all the places we went to anyway. I recommend this hotel very much and the view from the balcony was amazing!"
