“Great location for a first time in Tokyo family of 5. Lovely neigbourhood as well. Perfect with Ebisu station just a 5 minutes walk away. ”

“Clean, host was easy to communicate with, and good for price point.”

“Helt fantastiskt hotell och med ett perfekt läge! Frukosten var magisk och gymmet superbra!”

“The room was clean and functional. The hotel is understaffed. The 3 people who work there are kind and friendly but there was no room service (even though they have a restaurant). The staff referred me to Uber Eats and then I had to get my order myself in the lobby, because there is no staff.”

The hotel is not as close to the train station as it appears. The walk is uphill and can be quite difficult, especially with children and luggage. The shuttle bus is convenient, but it runs on a fixed schedule. If you miss it, you have to wait for the next one, which is not very flexible. The biggest disappointment was the check-in experience. We had...

“Toppenbra hotell! Trevlig personal, rena rum, bra läge och god frukost!”
