âThis was my favorite stay in Japan! Beautiful, peaceful property with exceptional staff and service. I injured myself and was using crutches when I visited, and the staff was so kind and accommodating - they made us dinner reservations, brought us breakfast, and allowed me a bit of extra time for checkout since I was moving slowly. I'd definitely return!â
âTo wait till last minute just to release the address is simply not mindful of the requirements of international travelers. Adresses are required for Japan entry purposes. I donât see any reason to withhold that till last minute. Check in procedures are not required in advance but the actual address to help with logistics and planning and for Japan visitor entry. â
âIt is the second time that I used Tokyu stay hotels. The are TINY, but honestly are super efficient and good prices. They have laundry/drying machines that makes everything easier. Gotanda location is so easy to take the train and move around. Love these hotels â
âBra lĂ€ge ca. 10 min frĂ„n Shibuya crossing. Hotellet Ă€r nytt och har bĂ„de sovsalar och vanliga hotellrum. Rummen Ă€r ganska smĂ„ men tillrĂ€ckliga. Bra frukost och bra var . Gratis öl en timme om dagen och en drinkbiljett per dag. Personalen talade god engelska.â

âGreat room and nice staff. Happy hour and one free drink in the bar per person. Breakfast was ok but not extraordinary. Very nice rooms, size ok. A lot of nice restaurants basically within the hotel area. Super location very close to the subway, Shibuya Sky, Shibuya scramble crossing etc. â
âFantastisk frukost, trevlig och hjĂ€lpsam personal som pratar utmĂ€rkt engelska, bra lĂ€ge - nĂ€ra tunnelbana och smĂ„ trivsamma restauranger. Lite svĂ„rt att fĂ„ plats med packningen i rummet, men det var inget stort problem. Kan verkligen rekommendera detta hotell!â
âGood hotel with great pricing. The surrounding area itself is whatever but Tamachi station will get you anywhere easily. Clean room with great bathroom/toilet, definitely a step up from those all-in-one bathrooms found in most business hotels. Honestly nothing to complain about, which is why I will return here again next year.â
âVery friendly staff who did the outmost to give the best service during our three night stay.
I lost my wallet my very first hour in Tokyo on our way walking down to Shibuya. With help from the staff from the hotel and Google translate we called the police and reported my wallet lost. Within 1 hour and 15 minutes the wallet was back in my hand and everything was still in there. This sunshine story says a lot about both the hotel staff and about the Japanese people and society.

"The hotel is amazing, donât have anything negative to say. Iâve been traveling a lot and this is one of the nicest ones with comfortable bed, great staff, itâs clean, it was the best one we were at when we stayed in Tokyo, we stayed at 3 different hotels in Tokyo during our stay and if Iâd know how great this was even if itâs not as central in Tokyo, it would be well worth taking the train to reach all the places we went to anyway. I recommend this hotel very much and the view from the balcony was amazing!"

"I really enjoed my stay here. The sauna is excellent (I'd I'm Finnish so I have high standards!) and the showers are clean. The locker room is a biut too tiny and it gets easily crowded. Location is great, just one station from Shibuya. If you are taller than 1,70 this probably isn't the best choice for you since it's made fro short, japanese people and it may not be confortable. I slept really well. "
