"First off, the staff was very helpful and courteous. The elevators, hallways, rooms and bathrooms were all clean. The breakfast was as expected. The food was good and there was plenty of it. The coffee was hot 24 hours a day. all in all, it was a very pleasant one night stay."

Quality Suites Maumelle - Little Rock Northwest
"Well breakfast was cool. However, on our first night's stay we had issues with guests above us making loud noises, I know wasn't your guys' control staff did speak? They did eventually quiet down one other issue I have was the hot water take forever to get hot in the bathroom for showering."

"They are going through a total remodel and brand change to Wingate by Wyndham. A couple of the rooms I was in needed some work, carpet tears, stains, furniture was a little beat up, water damage from refrigerators condensation. One room smelled of mold which I can not stay in. Bottom drawer area ..."
