“This apartment in a home near the Masonic Care Home was better than staying in a hotel. The owner met us at the door to see if we needed any help. It was less than a five minute ride to the campus. I will be checking in the future to see if it is available each time I'm in the area. Again more comfortable then a hotel room.”

“This property was perfect for me husband and me while our son played at All-Star Village. Super clean and comfortable with everything you need for a short stay. We ended up having a storm-related power outage, and though it put a major crimp in our stay the prop manager brought over a generator so we had some AC for at least a little while. Highly recommend for 1-2 guests who want proximity to ASV for a reasonable price!”

“We stayed for the week while my son was playing in All Star Village. The house is a great location for going back and forth to the field (under 10 minutes) and for anything else we needed (food and stores). The owner is great to work with and quickly responds to messages.”

“I would recommend Ray’s place to anyone going to Cooperstown. We went for Cooperstown Dreams Park and it was an affordable option and an easy 12 min drive - day and night. The apartment is much bigger than it looks online! The only thing I would say is that you should note that it is in the basement of their home so you might hear people walking around on top of you, but you get used to it after a while and if you’re there for CDP, you’re not gonna spend much time inside anyway! “My mom and I just enjoyed three nights in this lovely apartment. Everything was spotless and the host was very communicative and accommodating. The bed/bedding is super comfortable; the living room is modern, fun and comfortable; the kitchen is adorable and stocked with essentials; the bathroom has nice toiletries, soft towels, and a fabulous waterfall shower. The location is convenient to restaurants, shops, the hospital and pharmacy. A perfect little home away from home!”
