Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place. âThe Luma(means light) Houseâ is a two story waterfront home. Its been thoughtfully designed and updated to bring all the comforts of âsimply beingâ at the beach house. Here youâll find a spacious place to relax &make memories. Enjoy the entire house with 8-10 guests! Because this house has two private entrances itâs perfect for two small families, birders, couples, small wellness retreat & fisherman getaway.

LIVING QUARTERS (1st Floor, private, completely separate entrance, SLEEPS 2-4 GUESTS)
Smart lock lets you in easily into the house on the first floor , which takes you straight into an open living space concept. Here you'll find a bright & airy living room, kitchen #1 fully equipped, & well stocked, eat-in dining area and finally 1 bedroom with king size bed and en suite bathroom with another large walk-in spa vibes shower
LIVING ROOM #1 Draws you in with two massive bay windows with built in storage window seats. Simply take a moment to pause here, take in the view, nap, grab a book, or a brief reflection to journal. This is also an additional sleeping space for 1-2 guests on the convertible full size bed.
KITCHEN #1 Cooking together builds community and makes for a memorable vacation! This spacious first floor kitchen has everything necessary. Dinnerware, cookware, silverware, plenty of stemware for cocktails and drinks! A well stocked coffee/ tea bar is also a nice feature!
DINING AREA #1 Gather around the table. Large vintage oak dining table (unique & charming because itâs been in this home for decades) easily seats 6 or use as a central location, perfect for the entire house! Imagine a giant brunch/ charcuterie/ or a delicious seafood boil!
STORAGE/ LAUNDRY- âTHE Luma Houseâ has a two laundry rooms/ storage areas. The first floor has a walk-in laundry room with stackable new washer/dryer, laundry sink to rinse swimsuits and storage area with lots extras that we provide to our guests to borrow to make their stay a little more memorable . We kindly ask you return every item as you found it. If something is broken or missing please notify us right away. This will allow us ample time to repair/replace for our future guests. 2nd floor laundry room has everything necessary to get the job done during your stay!
LIVING QUARTERS ( 2nd floor private entrance, completely separate from 1st floor, SLEEPS 4-6 GUESTS comfortably, smart lock keyless entry)
Enjoy a light-filled open floorplan upstairs on the 2nd floor, made up of the living room, small dining space, updated kitchen w/ big island and 1 bathroom with walk-in shower. Two bedrooms with comfy non toxic mattresses, one king, and one queen. There is also a small zen room towards the entrance with another sleep option, choose from single daybed, two separate twins, or convert together for another king size bed! All three sleeping areas for a total of 6 guests upstairs have a ceiling fan with remote control for extra comfort..
Living Room #2 Watch shows on a 65 inch smart tv equipped with streaming service, Netflix, Amazon etc, or listen to music from the Alexa as your group relaxes on a sofa or plays a card game.
Kitchen #2 Don't feel like eating out? The kitchen is equipped with stainless steel appliances -- an electric stove, dishwasher, and a fridge with an ice and filtered water dispenser. There are cookbooks and dinnerware, silverware, stemware, and cookware to help prepare and serve a home-cooked meal.
Dining Area #2
Sit up to 6 people around the âbig islandâ for a meal or a fun game of cards with friends & family. Itâs also a great space to use as your work-from-home office and comes with an amazing coastal view.
THE BACKYARD -150 feet of waterfront property. Plenty of plush grass to walk barefoot, connect with nature, sunbathe or lose track of time fishing from the private dock. The backyard overlooks the magnificent views of Salt Lake. There is also a tiny island directly behind the property where youâll see tons of different birds and ducks doing their thing throughout the day. True joy! We provide a grill & smoker for BBQing and 2 giant lounge chairs to curl up in and take a nap or soak up some vitamin D. The wooden swing is also perfect for morning coffee or a late night cold beer. Outdoor dining is an easy set up with the solid wood table and bench. We also provide an outdoor basket set up for guests to enjoy outdoor cooking (Bluetooth speaker, apron, bbq cooking utensils, & large butcher serving block) The ultimate backyard is a work in progress and our hope is you and your family will continue to visit over the years to see what we continually add and upgrade:)
BATHROOMS
Both bathrooms provide complimentary non toxic shampoo, conditioner, body wash and hand soap.
ENTERTAINMENT
We have free WiFi access throughout the house. If you need a break from electronics and the busyness of modern times then we also have favorite classic board games and books/magazines to keep you entertained. you can also connect your own music to our audio system via Bluetooth.
HEAT & AIR
The salty coastal breezes usually provide constant coolness in and around the house. This also brings high humidity. We ask our guests to keep doors and windows close to prevent too much moisture indoors This will also help keep mosquitoes outside! Every sleeping area has a remote-controlled fans we ask to keep it a minimum low setting. We have extra blankets in the bedroom closets for chillier days.
BEACH GEAR/OUTDOOR ENTERTAINMENT
When you're ready to enjoy the beach, we have beach blankets and sun-protection lotion available. Inflatable paddle board, fishing poles/tackle box, beach wagon, picnic cooler basket and other gear are in the downstairs laundry room. Now you're ready for some fun in the sun -- just please keep our beach and ocean trash and plastic-free!
