“I love this hotel. I've stayed multiple times to have a staycation. I was disappointed to see they no longer have the saltwater pool. The only major downside to my stay was the fridge in my room was making a low high pitch sound. I should've said something and switched rooms, but I was too tired.”

“The staff went out of their way to be rude and dismissive toward me the entire time I was there. None of my requests were approved. None of the issues I reported were resolved during my stay. I was never greeted by any staff members nor was i thanked for staying with them at checkout. They treated me like a complete inconvenience.
