Fritidshus i Cousins Cove

“Room service was good and service staff great. Consistently exceptional service was experienced at Miss Lou's from Ambrosia and Jonathan. It helped that this bar provided high-end drinks as well as high-end customer service. I would consider another stay at this property, especially if the buffet food quality could be improved.”

“Upper management should be changed. They are not properly supervise their staff.”

“Staff,facility was all great”

“The cove was wonderful”

“Site was very nice and clean. Food and service were excellent. My only issue with the resort was the wifi coverage was spotty in certain areas. When we wanted to rent a kayak there was a waver that needed to be signed off. The waiver was online and when we tried to get online there was no Internet available at the building. We ended up not renting a kayak for that reason.”

“The rooms were terrible. Our room was dirty. They had to come back and deep, clean it. The toilet was broke. The only thing I can say about the hotel was a staff was very pleasant in the bars and restaurants, but they were out of everything. It reminded me of a place that was going out of business. Definitely wasn’t a five star hotel not even at three Star.”

“Super långsamt restaurang med varierande kvalitet. Trevlig personal. Duschen är av samma kvalitet som en utomhusslang, nästan aldrig varmvatten, och är det det så är det i någon minut. Men vistelsen avslutades när kackerlackor kom in i rummet. Då bytte vi Hotel.”

“Rooms arw very spacious and clean. The housekeeping staff are super friendly and helpful. Everyone made me feel very welcome and safe. Thanks all, I highly recommend this place and will be returning.”

“We stayed here for 8 nights for our honeymoon. The room was nice and clean, although they were not straightforward about the room being 2 beds instead of 1 despite paying the $69 room selection fee. The staff were generally friendly and helpful, but the higher-ups were not eager to go above and beyond. There was a complication with getting the complimentary honeymoon package and there was no real effort made to resolve it so we got the special honeymoon dinner and that was it. The beach view...

“The room was sooo nice, like a bungalow. Clean , and the bed was comfy. The beach is amazing and the hotel is nice, even the gym, you got what you need. It’s expensive inside the hotel but across the street you have the supermarket, some souvenir shops , coffeeshop , atm and restaurant. That one was expensive tho. It’s about 7 min with car to the town , it’s very small. I would recommend sweet spice or corner bar, small local places where you can get local food to a very good price. Otherwise...

“Annorlunda frukost men god ! Personalen jättetrevliga och tillmötesgående ! Allt är toppenbra !”

“no water pressure”

“Superläge vid stranden, inte alls så högljutt som många skriver om. Musik finns det på hela beachen så bara att vänja sig. Supertrevlig personal och ingen trängsel på stranden. Restaurangen vid beachen har endast ett fåtal rätter, dock är tunasandwichen en höjdare. Är man tidigt uppe kan man gå till Kuyaba som har bra frukost. Tamboo restaurangen öppnar först vid 9/10 tiden Hade rum med kylskåp, guld värt då man handlar lite kylda drycker.”

“All was good but nothing outstanding.”
