“When we arrived we were told that the room was ready. However, we get to the room and the maintenance man was Inside with the door open, the floor was wet and it reeked a mildew smell. Tried to air it out but the air wasn’t helping. Went to open the balcony room door and it had what appeared to be some type of red sauce on and near the handle so it wasn’t cleaned of the prior people’s germs. “The room was very clean, however the rooms are located in a very local shopping mall with lots of loitering outside, very noisy, no windows so felt claustrophobic. The outside was dirty , crowded and noisy I did not feel safe enough to stay there so I left.”
