“Vilken trevlig personal! De tog sig verkligen tid och hjälpte mig med ALLT. Hotellet ligger bra, med möjlighet att promenera till Grapevine. Funkade superbra med flygtransfer. Gymmet är välutrustat och poolområdet fint.”

“The room was nice and clean. Had good breakfast. The only thing I didn't like was that it stated free internet. But when I tried to connect it wanted to charge me.”

“When you have to pay for parking after already paying for an expensive stay and my room wasn’t clean, the bathroom had long black hair on the floor and in the tub and shower. On the website it stated that it had a hot tub along with an indoor pool. The pool had big ass bugs floating around that I had to get out the water. The ceiling looked like it was about to fall in going around the pool area. Other hotel guest were rude during breakfast but you can’t control that though.”

“The AC was broken in our room. They used a window unit in a large suite type room that couldn’t keep the room cold or even close to cold. This is a known issue and Google reviews show it has been an issue for 3-4 months at least”

“The hotel was very clean, nice, and quiet . The room was very clean and comfortable, it was modern and updated. The staff was great and helpful, breakfast was great with a variety of different foods to choose from. I would definitely recommend this hotel and I will definitely be staying there again.”

“Loved my stay at the hotel from the moment I checked in. Staff is professional, friendly and courteous. The room was spacious, clean and sleek. Loved the bathroom, modern, has rain and telephone walk in shower, plush towels and bathrobes. There’s a café downstairs for coffee and some baked goods. I didn’t end up going to the adjoining restaurant. Ovetall, an excellent stay and I would absolutely consider returning here if back in Dallas.”
