“The hotel is under construction and really dirty. The pool is closed. The beds were very hard and uncomfortable. They parking lot was full of dumpsters in construction equipment. There were spider webs on the ceiling of the room and a layer of dust on all surfaces. The pillows were small , like twin size for a king bed. The breakfast food was overcooked seemed to have been reheated from previous days.”

“The staff was amazing. Kendall, Melissa and Valerie made our stay wonderful! We kept our anniversary celebration close to home this year while caring for parents recovering with us.”

“They seem to be understaffed. My room was cleaned 3 times and yet, there was still small pieces of paper on the floor next to my bed. I wondered how thoroughly they vacuumed. The concierge on my fist day seemed to be too distracted to assist a pal of mine and another day, a different concierge seemed a bit apathetic. Everybody has a bad day. I don't think it was common behavior there.”

“Don’t stay here. The place is disgusting. When I got out of the shower, I went to dry myself off with the towel… I got a free human hair fur coat bc there was so much human hair on the towel. It was nasty. The hotel is old and outdated. Gross. Smells. Rude staff. Understaffed. The location is fine. Spend the extra $50/night and stay somewhere else. ”

“Very nice and newly renovated property. Room very cozy and staff very nice. Bistro is a nice option since there are no food options within walking distance. There is nothing at all within walking distance except the Aloft. Pool available and a very nice courtyard! Quiet. My only complaint would be the airport shuttle. Not punctual at all. ”
