“Our flight was canceled late at night and we weren't leaving until the following morning, so we needed a place to stay. When we got to the hotel, we were exhausted. The staff at the hotel were so kind! It was the best service interaction I had all day. They accommodated my mother in law with a large room because she needs a walker to get around. Clean rooms with comfortable beds. The shuttle service was timely to get us back to the airport. Recommend 100%!”

“This is not a cheap stay, and for the money I expected more. It wasn’t bad, just not what I expected for $1100 for 2 nights. The room was average, felt outdated, balcony view of the atrium was nice. Shower drained slow and pooled which I think is so gross. The room had no body wash - I could have brought our own but for just 2 nights I figured it would be easier to just use what they had. We had a bar of hand soap…again just for the price not what I expected. The Cantina buffer was $42 for...

“Breakfast was great. The elevator all went out of order on the second morning and people were using the exit stairs with their luggage. Our in room safe was not working but they did fix it, Front staff was not very polite at check in.”

“Shuttle service from airport was great, even when the drivers did not show up for work the hotel management already had a contract for Lyft drivers to be called and transport everyone to the airport.”

“Have to wait more than 2 hours for shuttle after I call for many times, they make you feel like it was your fault when we were in the correct place.
