“Really didn’t interact with any staff except for check in. Reserved 2 rooms. Elevator was not in service. Rooms need to be cleaned better. Lots of hair in the bed sheets, light switches were filthy with grime, blow dryer was nasty sticky with all hair stuck to it. ”

“The AC units are preset and locked so the temp in the room never went below 72 degrees. I have health issues and I was uncomfortable and didn't sleep well our entire stay. We asked for our room to be cleaned during our stay, and it was never done. We had to call down to the front desk for more towels (due to housekeeping not cleaning the room as requested). The elevators (both of them) went out of service on our second day there, and we were staying on the 3rd floor, which means we had to...

“Nice room and spacious. Small gym. Mediocre breakfast but 24/7 coffee and tea. Waffles shaped as Texan state. Spacious lobby not very inviting to hang out though. Free amenities shaving kit, etc. Pool wasn’t open. Area is in the middle of almost nowhere albeit it was serene. Jesus is King forevermore. ”

“Despite missing breakfast because of an early flight, we had a very pleasant stay. It would have been even better if breakfast started at 6:00 AM for travelers with early departures. That said, the property was exceptionally clean, and the staff was warm, welcoming, and attentive throughout our visit. We would definitely consider staying here again.”

“Great staff and location. The breakfast food for our convention was outstanding. I had a plumbing issue in my room but they took care of it. The down escalator from the lobby to the lower area broke but it was repaired after a few hours.”
