“We arrived at 10:30 pm; the main entrance was locked, so we had to check-in through a window. With freeway traffic, it was too noisy to hear the desk clerk, who only mouthed “license” & “card”, took our cards & left, later returning to bring us room keys & say “thanks”. No instructions on where the room was, parking, WiFi, etc. The room was clean, & the bedding looked new, but the furniture was older & weathered. You could feel a bit of humidity, so the bed sheets felt slightly sticky/damp...

“The scent of the hotel was extremely overpowering, even in the room. The bed was very uncomfortable, and the ac kicked off and on all night, and was very loud. Terrible nights rest. ”

“I thought the hotel was brand new, but found out is was built in 2017. It is in excellent condition. The exercise room was very nice with well maintained equipment. The staff was personably, knowledgeable and friendly. The breakfast was good and staffed to respond to all requests and to provide assistance. The room was clean. The kitchen well organized and stocked. The grounds were excedingly well maintained. There are a lot of restaurants within walking distance. I am impressed and...

“Nice room and spacious. Small gym. Mediocre breakfast but 24/7 coffee and tea. Waffles shaped as Texan state. Spacious lobby not very inviting to hang out though. Free amenities shaving kit, etc. Pool wasn’t open. Area is in the middle of almost nowhere albeit it was serene. Jesus is King forevermore. ”

“We arrived at Embassy suites hotel in Las Colinas, Dallas, Texas on March 7, 2026. it is a fairly new hotel. Everything was going good at the receptionist desk. We went into the room. The room was clean. I was pleasantly surprised. But then after settling in, the TV in the living room was not working had to wait for maintenance to bring another remote. It wasn’t just the batteries. They had to get a whole different remote control..went down to the pool to swim very cloudy water needed chlorine....
